Course description:
The MIR degree is designed to provide a higher level qualification in Industrial Relations and related fields of study.
Who should do this course?
This program is designed for people working, or seeking to work, in the Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (HRM) field in either the public/private sector or in a trade union.
Course structure:
The program comprises 8 units of study. There are 2 compulsory units. The remaining 6 units are comprised of electives from a large number of subjects.

Entry requirements:
An undergraduate degree with a credit average from a recognised university or the completion of the Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & HRM with a credit average grade.
